This Mental Health Week, I'm challenging myself to walk for mental health and suicide prevention. I'm inspired by the life-changing work of Youth Focus and want to support the cause by participating in Walk for Me.

Leaving work ONTIME today, I walked to the bus, then finally home to take a quick stroll around Whitman Park. Only 2km but was good for the soul

A quick walk  around the beautiful Lilac Hill quickly got 2km up. That and 2 km in the house cleaning added up
