Brilliant effortFriday 16th Oct Well how fast a week goes. With a little bit of extra effort, I doubled my walking goal . This has been an effective little motivator to increase my steps.
Doing okWednesday 14th Oct Quieter day today, will do better tomorrow. There were loads of incidental steps on clinic day. I’ll have to park further away from tomorrow’s appointments, keep those steps up.
