This Mental Health Week, I'm challenging myself to walk for mental health and suicide prevention. I'm inspired by the life-changing work of Youth Focus and want to support the cause by participating in Walk for Me.

Friday 16th Oct
Well how fast a week goes. With a little bit of extra effort, I doubled my walking goal . This has been an effective little motivator to increase my steps. 
Very grateful to my generous community who have supported and value the cause.
Big love to Bella who started us off.  xx

Doing ok

Wednesday 14th Oct
Quieter day today, will do better tomorrow.  There were loads of incidental steps on clinic day.  I’ll have to park further away from tomorrow’s appointments, keep those steps up. 
So nice to see the love in our community with projects like this.
